The aim of this work is to improve the quality of logistics service. Tasks: market analysis of a small wooden house in the Russian Federation; analysis of economic and logistics activities of the organization; identifying problems in a manufacturing company related to provide logistics services; the analysis of literary sources affecting logistics services; development of proposals to address problems in the logistics service; implementation of these proposals; the analysis of economic efficiency of the proposed solutions. In the process of analysing the company's logistic activity "Log house" was found the following problems: a large distance of the own warehouse of the company from construction projects, resulting in not observed the date of supply of logs. Also, the conclusion was made about unfair work of warehouse employees of the company, whereupon the client substituted the timber is not of the correct length and not the right amount. These problems are not resolved early due to the lack of logistics Department. Object of research – production company. The scope of the company – the construction of small wooden buildings of logs. Was offered the following solutions: creating a questionnaire; creation of the logistics Department; warehouse rent; the introduction of a penalty system. Confirmed the economic feasibility of proposed solutions. Profitability of own capital increased by 3.5%/ 4. The amount: page 89, figures - 17, table - 8, list of references – 25.
