Integration of Transport Terminals into Supply Chains Infrastructure in Case of "Legion Co" Company

The object of study: the company-distributor "Legion Co", which deals with the supply and sale of elite alcoholic products from a number of European countries to the Uzbek market. The subject of the study: the process of supplying goods from suppliers of European countries to the city of Tashkent. The structure of this work includes an introduction, three chapters, which contain the main component of the work, the conclusion, and a list of sources used. The introduction contains information on the work, its purpose, relevance of the chosen topic, the object under consideration and the subject of research are identified, and the tasks realized during the writing of the work are formed. The first chapter is devoted to the analysis of the company, its history, the main characteristics, the situation on the market, the analysis of its economic indicators and logistics activities. This chapter identifies the main areas for which optimization solutions will be proposed in the future. The second chapter forms the necessary theoretical basis, compiled on the basis of the study of literature sources and information from the Internet. This includes issues related to the process of delivery, supply and the role of logistics intermediaries. And also, the basic questions concerning the organizational structure and logistics costs. In the third chapter, based on the theoretical basis studied, proposals for improving the company's activities are described, possible changes in the organization of delivery through the terminal are considered, and the economic effect expected in the implementation of the proposed solutions is estimated using the model of strategic profit. In conclusion, the results of all the work are summed up, the main conclusions are formulated, the performance of the tasks and goals of the work set at the beginning is estimated.
