Inventory Management Improvement on the example of the Construction Company

Final qualification work on the theme "Improving inventory management of raw materials on the example of the construction company" (the company "Soyuz") consists of an introduction, analysis of economic activities of the company, the theoretical aspects of inventory management of raw materials in the construction companies and proposals for improving inventory management of raw materials and the construction company OOO "Soyuz", and also summary. The aim of this work is to improve the inventory management of raw materials on the example of the construction company "Soyuz". In this study, we solved the following tasks: 1. Conducted actual organizational economic analysis of the logistics activities of the enterprise. Based on the analysis we identified key problems and their solutions by improving the procurement processes of the company. 2. Based on theoretical base has been developed an algorithm to increase the efficiency of inventory management of raw materials in OOO "Soyuz". 3. Developed and economically reasonable measures to improve the inventory management of raw materials in the company.. This study is a self-fulfilled my senior thesis, which contains a set of scientifically grounded organizational and economic proposals for improving inventory management of raw materials in the company "Union".
