Reorganization of the Supply Process (in the Case of a Manufacturing Company JSC Volga)

The theme of diploma project – "Reorganization of the procurement process (for example, industrial company JSC "Volga"). The object of this research project is the process of supplying industrial company JSC "Volga". The research subject is the peculiarities and problems arising during the process of supply to industrial company JSC "Volga". Diploma project consists of 86 pages, includes 13 tables, 16 figures, 27 references. Key words: logistics supply, industrial process supply company, the decision to "make or buy" (MOB), pulp and paper mills, pulpwood, wood chips. In the thesis includes introduction, 3 chapters and a final conclusion. In the introduction justified the relevance of the topic, the goal of the diploma project, defines the object and subject of research, objectives. In the first Chapter of the Capstone project gives a General overview of the company and analysis of its market position, given the economic and financial aspects and logistics of the organization, identified major problems of the organization related to the procurement process. In the second part of the work was devoted to the theoretical aspects of logistics logistics in the effectiveness of industrial companies, an analysis was conducted of the possible approaches to optimization of costs associated with the procurement process, and analyzed the tools for the reorganization of the process of supplying production companies. In the third part of the work was suggested to improve the process of logistics of JSC "Volga". Were considered buy forest chips. In the same Chapter, recommendations were proposed regarding the organizational structure and at the end of the performed analysis of the economic feasibility of the proposed activities for the reorganization of the procurement process.
