Supplier Interaction Processes Improvement Based on Akzo Nobel Decor Case

This project topic is formulated as improvement of suppliers interaction process based on Akzo Nobel Decor company case. This work consists of three parts. The first part covers operational and logistics activity of the company also containing analysis of supplier interaction. The second part analyzes information and communicative solutions in suppliers relation management and offers options to choose a tool and provider to improve interaction and also sequence of actions regarding suppliers which are not recommended to be included into the information system.The third part contains more detailed analysis of business processes changes while implementing The selected IT solution then covers more specific solution regarding suppliers which are not recommended to be included, describes the process of IT implementation. That work is concluded by economic effectiveness of solutions offered evaluation .
