Keywords: process of cargo handling, Lean Production, pick-to-cart The purpose of this final qualifying work is to develop recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the cargo processing process at the warehouse of the logistics intermediary Molcom. To achieve this goal, an analysis was made of the economic, financial, economic and logistics activities of Mavi Jeans to identify problems. Then, based on a critical review of the literature, an algorithm was developed to introduce the concept of Lean Production to the warehouse. In the practical part, the operations at the stages of the Molcom cargo processing process were analyzed and detailed, the operations adding and not adding values, as well as the ratio of the latter to the types of muda, were defined. Measures were proposed to improve the process of cargo handling, such as the introduction of the 5S tool, the use of pick-by-cart carts, picking trolleys, and an algorithm for determining the quantity of goods for a minimum guaranteed payment. The economic effectiveness of the recommendations is presented in the model of strategic profit. 5. Volume: 178 pages, 30 figures, 38 tables, list of literature sources - 54.
