Supervisor: Vinogradov Andrey Borisovich, Candidate of economic sciences, senior lecturer Key words: supply chain management, cooperation, horizontal cooperation, supply chain cooperation, coopetition Final qualification work is carried out in the form of scientific research on the topic of today - horizontal cooperation in supply chains. The purpose of the final qualification work is to determine ways to improve material flow management by using horizontal cooperation in supply chains. In this work, an analysis of foreign studies and publications was carried out, which made possible to formulate a general classification of horizontal cooperation forms, identify the advantages and typical problems associated with the implementation of horizontal cooperation. Based on the problems identified and the analysis of foreign experience in horizontal cooperation, a general system of measures for their solution was proposed. The game theory approach, in particular the cooperative game theory, was considered as a tool for dividing the overall economic effect accumulated during the cooperation of the parties. To determine the opportunities and prospects for the implementation of horizontal cooperation in Russia, an online survey of companies was held, according to which the proposed hypotheses were tested. Based on the analysis of the survey data obtained, relevant recommendations have been developed to improve material flow management through the implementation of horizontal cooperation between companies operating in the Russian market. 4. The volume of the final qualification work is 191 pages. The work contains 41 figures, 21 tables and 4 applications. The bibliography contains 54 sources.
