Keywords: process modeling, process reengineering, WMS-system, BPMS systems To improve positions in the modern market, companies must quickly adapt to any changes and outstrip competitors in price, quality and speed of providing goods or services. The FMCG market is one of the most highly competitive in Russia. The main difficulty of existence in the market, at the same time, the competitive advantage and the guarantee of profitability of the company is the ability to respond quickly to changes in consumer demand. In this regard, manufacturing companies are trying to improve their supply chains, providing the best service to customers and cutting logistics costs. The purpose of this work is to find problematic places of the company with modeling the model "as is" and the subsequent reengineering and building the model "how it should be" The process of fulfilling the order to increase the logistics service at the warehouses of PepsiCo Based on the results of the work it was established that the use of tools for reengineering the process of fulfilling the order has a positive impact on the level of logistics services and the company's economic performance.
