The tasks of the final qualifying work are: analysis of the company's economic activity and competitive environment, studying the logistics of the enterprise, modeling the company's logistics business processes, identifying key problems, improving business processes based on the developed methodology and evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed initiatives. In analyzing the data obtained during the analysis, the following shortcomings were identified: lack of inter-functional coordination, inefficient planning, high level of re-sorting, lack of resources for storage The economic feasibility of practical application of the proposed recommendations is proved. Yield of the company's assets increased by 7%, net profit margin increased by 2.29%, return on equity increased by 80%. 4.
