Key words: information logistics space, information space, optimization, supply chain, system improvement, delivery, efficiency, information system, ERP system, logistic service, customer service, level of service. The purpose of the work lies in the theoretical substantiation and development of the optimization process at the micro-level interactions between the focal departments of the company and at the macro level with all members of the supply chain. The effectiveness of the proposed solutions is considered in the framework of the activities of the company "Solvay-Vostok". In WRC formalized interaction between counterparties in the supply chain; identified problems, the nature of their influence on the level of service both logistical and, consequently, client suggestions on the development of solutions to problems identified and their consequences.
