1. The name of the topic of the Bachelor Thesis: "Optimization of reverse flow management in the manufactoring and trading company" Cat "» 2. Student: Ananyeva Anastasia Vladimirovna, gr. BLG-131, School of Logistics, Faculty of Business and Management, HSE 3. Supervisor: Alyamovskaya Natalia Sergeevna, teacher of Supply Chain Management Department of the Higher School of Economics 4. Keywords: return flows, optimization, reverse logistics. Under the logistics of return flows is understood the management of the flows of work in progress, raw materials, packaging materials, finished products that follow the supply chain in the opposite direction, i.e. From production, distribution and final consumers, because they have lost consumer properties or must be destroyed at optimal costs. In modern Russian realities in trading companies, more and more attention is paid to the management of returnable commodity flows (hereinafter referred to as RF). At this stage of development, the RF management efficiency in the Russian market companies is quite low, there is rarely a clear management strategy, not all apply logistic principles in the management of the RF. All this requires companies to coordinate closely within their supply chains, and effective management of the RF is an integral part of building a highly functional chain that allows the customer's needs to be quickly and accurately met at the lowest cost with the best quality possible. Moreover, due to the growing demand and the supply of goods (respectively), the amount of defective or defective products arising during production and transportation also increases, which also requires companies to pay increasing attention to how to return such products with the least losses And what to do with it further. 5.
