Ensuring the proper quality and level of service and the possibility of improving it is the main competitive advantage in the conditions of modern market relations, which is achieved, among other things, by solving the problems of inventory management of the enterprise. In the case of the reasoned described is proven and in general all the super general characteristics of the study: the relevance of the topic is substantiated, the investigated object and object are characterized, the theoretical and practical significance of the work is determined.
