"Improving the Stock Management System of the Trading Company LLC "Alcon Pharmatsevtica" " Volume: 85 PP., figures 27, table 15, literature – 28 Key words: inventory management, optimal order size, inventory management, ABC-model, the model of strategic profit The aim of this work is to develop solutions for improving the inventory management system OOO "Alkon Pharmaceuticals" The object of this work is the inventory management process under consideration of the company "Alkon Pharmaceuticals." In the analysis of the activities of the company "Alcon Pharmaceuticals" identified the following problems: lack of accuracy of the sales forecast, the lack of an effective system of inventory management, including the lack of required safety stock level, the high level of lost sales. As a solution to the identified problems were proposed measures to improve the stock management system: conducting ABC – analysis for all positions of the nomenclature to identify priority product groups to improve the accuracy of MRP, design of inventory management and the optimal order size for groups of high priority, the implementation of the new organizational structure of management of logistics services.
