A great development in Russia in recent years has been the freight market. Currently, the Russian market has about four thousand companies, providing freight forwarding services, including three thousand Logistic Operators. Due to the fact that in recent years, the freight market is gaining significant increases, at the moment the market of retail and wholesale trade is one of the most dynamically developing sectors of the Russian economy. That is why the study of problem of providing increased demand for the services of the logistics operator is relevant.
