Improvement of the Busines-Processes of Transport Company

Topic: "Improvement of the business processes of transport company." The volume of final qualification work - 60 pages on which there are 26 pictures and 9 tables. 25 literature sources were used to write the work. Key words: business processes, improvement of the process, improvement of the order fulfillment cycle. The object of research is the key business processes in the company Deloviyi Linii. The subject of the study is the logistics processes that make up the order execution cycle. Final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters of the main text, conclusion, bibliography and appendices. The introduction includes a rationale relevance of the topic, the definition of the object and subject of the study, setting goals and objectives of the study and determination of the novelty of the study. In the first chapter analyzes the company's business Deloviyi Linii, analysis of the logistics activities, as well as analysis of business processes and identified problems. The second chapter includes an analysis of the approaches and methods of process improvement, provides a theoretical basis of the order cycle and improvement of the service quality. At the end of the second chapter, the developed algorithm for improving the processes of the company Business Lines is presented. The third chapter presents suggested improvements, as well as modeled processes "as is." At the end of the chapter, an economic analysis of improvements is presented. In conclusion, the results of the study are summarized, and the solutions to the tasks are confirmed. The list of references contains 25 sources used for writing the work.
