One of the factors to improve the competitiveness of the company and the effectiveness of logistics activities is the effective management of inventories. Inventory management is one of the key processes by which customer needs are met by transforming resources into a finished product.  In what quantity to order, what part to spread on the counter of stores, and how much to send to the reserve are the main tasks, the decisions of which directly affect the quality of service and customer loyalty.  The goal of the Bachelor's WRC is to search for models of inventory management and study of the coffee market, with the goal of improving the inventory management system of the trading company Coffee Sirena LLC after their initialization. The result of the BKB work was a proposal to shorten the time interval for a fixed-interval inventory management model. Also, the paper considers ways to reduce missed sales by properly storing and transporting stocks. Based on the model of strategic profit, the economic feasibility of the proposed changes was proved 5.
