Why in childhood parents always make us participate in different classes? Like arts class or music school? And why is it so “fashionable” nowadays to read classics, go to museums and theatres? I always asked myself about that. The answer given to me all that time was “The more you know, the better is your chance to find what you really like”. However, I still believe there is a much more profound reason parents and we do investigate culture without even thinking about it. Now as a capable researcher I would like to finally find the real cause. I explore influence of interest in cultural entertainment on person’s success at work apart from using only educational factors for this purpose. Interest in arts and classics shows the desire for self-development, matureness and adequacy of a person, so he is able for productive work. So, as expected, cultural level does have impact on your career achievements like wage and number of subordinates – it is both important for people who hire you and it does influence your professional skills. Consequently, it is fair to tell that we should pay more attention to explore culture.
