The actors habe been researched according to the theory of advocacy coalition framework. Representatives of Developed, developing and new industriolized countries have benn researched. New index of Infrastructure covering have been invented. The role of Public policy actors in ev-market have been researched and Perspectives of ev-market development have beeb done.
