The Deep Dive Marketing Research on Happiness at Work

The “perplexing problem” as outlined by a design company named Blueprint is related to the notion of happy workspaces. Through this research, it is investigated how an optimal office design can achieve happiness at work. Knowing this Blueprint has a competitive advantage over its competitors and point of difference for its clients. Also, it is found that happiness at work may positively contribute to companies’ internal brand equity.
