The purpose of this work is to estimate Effect of Arms Races on International Conflict Escalation and also find out is there are any positive interrelation between arms race and disputes and also check out what value has nuclear weapons: is it here immediate treat of the opponents or on the other hand sucsessful detterance? in order to verify these gypothesis is used logit regression and unswer the question
