Virtual Room of Laughter

This paper elaborates on theme «Virtual laughter room», which demands solution for two problems: real-time face recognition in a video stream and further image deformation based on detected points of interest using shaders programming. The paper analyzes different computer vision tools (in particular, face recognition and tracking) applied to mobile development. Also, it considers some methods to deform image. The object of the development is mobile application for the Android platform, which recognizes and tracks face (or faces) and its points of interest from the video stream in real-time, then deform image using received data and presets on GLSL. The paper contains 40 pages, 3 chapters, 9 illustrations, 3 tables, 15 bibliography items and 4 appendices.
