Theme: Special Preschool Work Organization Specifics with Different Type of Parents Preschool is becoming a standard part of the formal education system and the role of families cannot be minimized. Meaningful school –family interaction begins in preschool and has the potential to shape the child’s and family’s perceptions of school over time. In this research we are planning to identify specifics and education inquiries of different categories of special needs children parents. The aim of the study is to determine special preschool work organization specifics with different type of parents. The results of first stage of diagnostics can be divided into two types. The first type is families suffering from hearing pathology have special education inquiries. The second type is education inquiries of different categories of families don’t accord to each other. The results of second stage of research is special preschool work organization specifics with different type of parents: - line of work; - work forms; - work content; - tutors and parents problems/ Key words: work organization, parents, special needs children, children with disabilities.
