Innovative Potential is a Factor of Customer Focus of Professional Educational Institution

The customer focus is one of conditions for creation of steady competitive advantage. Orientation to clients increases the innovative potential. The customer focus of professional educational institution is expressed in satisfaction of needs of the key client. “Key client” means all possible consumers, buyers and other institutes which are directly or indirectly interested in activity of professional educational institution. Students and employers are considered as key clients of professional educational institution. Questioning for diagnostics of consumer preferences of students has been carried out. The following results have been received: the most important factors are professional standard, personnel and material support. Students are satisfied more with professionalism of teachers and the educational environment. Employers called professional standard, personal and business qualities and ability of graduates of colleges to work in team as the most important requirements. According to employers, such qualities as initiative, sense of duty, responsibility, possession of modern information and communication technologies are important too. The analysis has shown that professional educational institution functioning in the mode of the resource center substantially satisfy the employer on indicators of professional competence, level of proficiency in information technologies and also existence of practical skills. Indicators of formation of personal qualities of graduates slightly are different.
