Development of a Quality Management System for Logistics Service in the Supply Chain of LLC "Lego Russia"

The work is devoted to the development of a quality management system for logistics service in the supply chain by the example of OOO Lego Russia. The completed research contains the solution of a number of problems in the design of the distribution network and is that the proposed algorithm allows the company of the network trade of LLC "Lego Russia" to determine the rational configuration of quality management of the logistics service of the trading enterprise. A particular feature of this study is the adaptation of the Zeitgam Gap-model to an assessment of the discrepancy between the parameters of the quality of logistics services by different parties when creating a simulation model of the logistic service structure. The aim of the work is to develop ways of increasing the level of logistics service by improving logistic coordination in the supply chain of OOO "Lego Russia". The scientific novelty of the research is that the developed logistics service management system can be used in the practice of commercial enterprises. During the research, methods of system analysis, economic-statistical, analytical, economic-mathematical modeling, etc. were used. The study consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a list of literature from bibliographic sources, 10 figures, 33 tables.
