Children's educational tourism and its management is now a topical theme that needs

rethinking and application of new management approaches. Master`s Degree Dissertation is written in a project genre. This work is a project proposal of a new model of management of children`s

educational tourism at a regional level (the region being the city of Moscow), the model which allows to carry out a set of tasks related to security, interdepartmental interaction, financing, personnel, normative and other support for the organization of field events based on the study of the state of child educational tourism in the city of Moscow and other management models.

The auxiliary goal of this work was introduction of the management of children's educational tourism model elements in the city of Moscow. The working title of the project is "ЦУП"-"Center for the management of field events”. Project implementation Base: State budget educational establishment of additional education "Moscow children's Center for Ecology, Local History and Tourism ". The pre-project study made it possible to identify the shortcomings and problems of the existing model, determined the main structural components of the new model of management of children's educational tourism in the city of Moscow, connected with the changes in the management structure of the system of education as a whole in the city of Moscow. The proposed model of “ЦУП" will become a new, modified model of children's educational tourism management in the city of Moscow, an open interdepartmental system, with an enlarged, compared to the previous structure, number of support (basic) subjects in inter-district boards of directors (there were 12 sites, now 35).

This management model will organically fit into the existing professional and public management model of state educational organizations in Moscow, will expand the number of subjects in tourism-local history activity.
