In this thesis there is a literature review dedicated to the problem of structuring communicative process between two participans of education: family (parents) and school. Russian and international experience in this field is gained, the successful models of interaction based on the principals of trust and partnership are provided. The typical problems and difficulties of informational and communicative process are analysed.

The term of the parents’ inclusion in educational process is defined. The development of criteria of the parents’ inclusion is based on a coherent analysis of Russian and foreign research activities.

The result of the project work is the toolbox of applied nature based on real needs of headmasters. This is actual and useful for headmasters because it lets describe parents and school’s interaction and make a comparative assessment of it according to location of a school, level of communication and parents’ inclusion, find main reasons limiting parents’ participation in schoollife. It can be used as a new source of reliable information intended for persons who makes decisions within education and for general public, for improving the system and practice of working with the parents for the purpose of their inclusion in educational process.
