Instructional Design of Housing Services and Utilities Personnel Training Programs

The result of the project is the development, licensing and implementation of the educational program of the new direction for Russia "Housing and Communal Infrastructure". The project idea is to prepare graduates of one direction in full compliance with GEF3, and taking into account the opinion of key employers of the region. The methodology of the work is based on the classical scheme of the design design, taking into account the standard provisions of ADDIE and CDIO. The developed product is the basic educational program based on the two-level training scheme: bachelor's and master's programs in the direction "Housing and communal infrastructure", the implementation of which within the received license (during the preparation of this dissertation), will gradually "satisfy" the staff hunger in branch of housing and communal services, and also will raise the status of the realizer of the program - Kazan State Architectural and Construction University to the level of the basic university of the Volga Federal cial district.
