Strategy of Development of Scientific Activities of Bashkir State Medical University until 2030

In master dissertation describes the problem associated with the need to define a strategy of development of scientific activity of BSMU (Bashkir state medical University). The urgency of the policy changes of the University in terms of research activities. Formulated the main goal of this work is to develop a strategy for the development of scientific activities of the University, which would be consistent with the vision for the future of the University and could provide answers to the challenges and problems faced by the University. Performed literature review, which considered the subject area of the project, including the author discloses the content of scientific activities in relation to universities, the world experience of scientific activities of universities, existing approaches for improving research activities in universities, limitations and ways to overcome them.
