Online Tool for Rating Evaluation and Analysis of University Research and Teaching Staff Activity

The thesis considers the development and implementation of an Online Tool for Rating Evaluation and Analysis of University Research and Teaching Staff Activity. The use of the this tool is due to stimulate scientific and pedagogical activities in universities. Analysis of online tool is based on the questionnaire of Scientific and Pedagogical Workers and heads of the Penza State University . This thesis also analyzes the use of the developed online tool at the Penza State University, represented by 1200 teachers, 90 departments and 12 faculties/institutes. The main features of the evaluation are dynamic (in real time) estimation of rating positions and openness (publicity) of all points, which ultimately affects the quality of accepted management and strengthens user confidence in the final results. The proposed evaluation tool allows the management of the university changing the indicators and corresponding weights of the rating assessment to influence specific activities in order to achieve the university Global challenges.
