Interrelation of Satisfaction with the Quality of Educational Services and the Image of a Specialist Among Psychology Students

Within the framework of this work, the grounds for an empirical study of the categories of satisfaction with the quality of educational services and the image of a specialist are discussed and analyzed. The use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative approach to the organization of research is justified. An extended author category of categories is proposed. Proposed arguments on the irreducibility of the macroeconomic and microeconomic level of the analysis of the educational process. The use of terms and educational services at the microeconomic level, the grounds are formulated, allowing to assert that it is necessary to take into account the individual specificity of each educational organization. From historical and methodological positions that are interpreted as a socio-psychological reality, formed in the course of complex interactions of the subject in the system of social relations. A program of empirical research of the interrelation of the phenomena under discussion is proposed and analyzed. Within the research program, the research problem, objectives, objectives of the object and the subject of the work, as well as hypotheses and methods for their verification in the course of implementing the empirical study are described in detail. In the analysis and interpretation of the results of the empirical study, the obtained data are described using tables, various types of diagrams and a description of the effectiveness. In the conclusions of the study of the analyzed results, meaningful interpretations are given. In the conclusion of this work, a critical analysis is carried out and a prospect is formulated for further improving and expanding the research of these problems.
