The final topic is devoted to the design of a master’s program in the “Efficient Resource Management of industrial enterprises” The choice of topic is conditioned by the fact that current master’s programs in the modern market of educational services often contain management practices that have been relevant in the past, offer audited management mechanisms that don’t meet modern challenges and don’t always reflect business needs. Generally, the managers of industrial enterprises in Russia are engineers who are well aware of the technological process, but have serious deficiencies in the competencies related to business processes of human management. A pre-project study was carried out, which made possible to determine the main points of convergence of expectations of potential customers and consumers, management competencies and the situation in the industry: to obtain a set of competencies of manages, a specialist in efficient resource management, conducted a survey by the method of expert evaluation. The peculiarity of this program is that it is designed taking into account the expectations of experts and customers, which corresponds to the principle of responsible research and innovation, and are based on modern educational and professional standards of production management and a complex of modern educational technologies. As part of the work a preliminary agreement has been reached with the based enterprises, whose representatives will be involved as managers and coordinators of practices at the bases, coordinators and consultants, reviewers of the “cross-cutting projects”. The proposed master’s program is aimed at training graduates who are able to effectively manage various resources in the workplace, ability to find new opportunities for the company in accordance with the principles of responsible management of resources, to asses the effectiveness of projects, have competence in the field of responsible research and innovation.
