Development of Performance Indicators Industrial University of Tyumen as a Center of Innovation in Tyumen Region

The work is devoted to the analysis of the indicators characterizing the activity of the flagship University as the center of the space for creating innovations in the region. In Russia, the priority project "Universities as centers of innovation creation space" has been launched. The goal of the project is to ensure sustainable global competitiveness of Russian universities by creating university centers of innovation, technological and social development in the regions of the Russian Federation. There is a task of developing indicators of the effectiveness of the university, on the basis of which it would be possible to trace the dynamics of its movement to the target model in accordance with the requirements of the priority project. The diversity of the realities of the socio-economic situation of the subjects of the Russian Federation determines the need to take into account the significant territorial differentiation. Analysis of the interaction of universities and economic entities on the basis of performance indicators of the University determined in the work will determine the degree of its involvement in the regional economy and develop recommendations for strengthening partnerships. The paper presents a case of the Tyumen region, interesting from the point of view of tools and mechanisms for the development of the higher education system of the subject of the Russian Federation.
