Priorities in the Regional Policy of Employment Regulation in Rostov Region

The relevance of the research topic is related to the socio-economic importance of the development of the regional labor market and a wide range of political and social problems of employment. The purpose of the study is to study the priority directions of the regional policy of regulating the employment of the population in the Rostov region. The research question. How is the implementation of priority areas of regional employment policy by federal and regional authorities affects the regulation of employment in the Rostov region. Methodology and methods of research. In carrying out the research, the system method, case-study was used to reveal the essence of the studied relationships and processes. The methodological basis of the study is neoinstitutionalism. The use of this method made it possible to investigate the activities of authorities exercising powers in the field of employment policy, and relevant informal practices. In the introduction, the relevance and degree of the development of the topic, the goals and objectives of the study are justified. The first chapter examines aspects of state regional policy, as well as theoretical approaches to determining the regional policy of regulating employment. The second chapter describes the problems of the regional employment policy of the Rostov region and the ways to solve them in the framework of the program to promote employment. In conclusion, conclusions are drawn on the identified problems and the prospects for the effectiveness of employment regulation in the Rostov region are substantiated through the use of modern software tools.
