Educational Programme: Management in Higher Education (Master)

Ongoing global positioning makes innovative-driven growth especially relevant, and education plays a significant role in the process. Due to globalization, modern education has become more dynamic and adaptive, and nowadays it is largely based on latest technologies and online resources. The international educational market has broadened and become more competitive. Advancement of new educational products calls for collaboration and partnership between universities, business and academia. Currently, there is some partnership experience; however, their programs of strategic development are not properly correlated. A great deal of university programs is to be implemented in partnership with business, nonetheless these opportunities have not been studied properly. In 2017, the Russian government adopted the program ‘Digital Economy of Russia’ which makes this issue more pertinent. Considering the current trends, new educational partner programs (including Master’s ones) have to be developed. Their graduates are expected to be able to deal with present challenges. Supposedly, these programs will be characterized by fundamental knowledge, as well as practical skills acquired during project and research activities. Programs which will merge strategies of universities, business and the state are to be developed in order to integrate their development prospects into educational process to foster sustainable development and increasing demand of such programs.
