Тoday, in the context of serious structural changes in the Moscow system of State educational organizations, within the framework of this work, we tried to make an approach to one of the most promising areas of scientific research in the near future, to the analysis of Big Data. The analysis tool in this case was the method of multiple regression analysis, which allowed processing from the point of view of the theory of probability and statistics the resource indicators of Moscow State Schools. Indicators were processed to explain the differentiation in Paid Services. Of the number of resource measured indicators of the schools, such as the number of students, the number of preschool children, the number of employees, the number of teachers, the amount of area in operational management, the volume of Paid Services and a number of others, based on checking the indicators for autocorrelation in constructing regression models , only one indicator was selected, significantly affecting the Paid Services. This is the area of buildings in operational control of organizations, but not in absolute units, but in relation to the number of students. From the regression equation, a formula was derived to predict the amount of Paid Services. This formula can be an instrument for objective and independent analytical management. Embedding this formula in statistical databases, embedded systems in an automatic mode, analyze the effectiveness of Paid Services.
