Correlation between the Conduct of a School Principal as a Pedagogical Leader and the Educational Outcomes of an Organization (on the Example of Schools of Perm)

Abstract In this paper (work) literature review devoted to the problem of improvement and effectiveness of school governing body is introduced. International and domestic experience in regard to the influence of pedagogical leadership on learning experience is summarized. The research of pedagogical leadership concerning the establishing correlation between headmaster’s behaviour as a pedagogical leader and academic results of establishment through the example of school of the city of Perm was conducted. The results of the research are the following: 1. the correlation between headmaster’s behaviour as a pedagogical leader and learning experience of establishment is acknowledged. 2. the tool of evaluation of pedagogical leadership is introduced.
