The content and the structure of the dissertation: the master's dissertation consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a list of used sources and literature, annexes, tables. The total size of the work is 70 pages. The dissertation contains 1 figure, 7 tables, 3 annexes, 37 sources. Brief description of the work: Theme of dissertation: Foundation of the Children’s production Centre. Subject of the study: Children's Production Center as an element of a sociocultural elevator for talented children engaged in vocal-variety art. Object of study: The conditions necessary to create a system of socio-cultural elevator for talented children engaged in vocal-variety art. The purpose of the research: Creating a system of socio-cultural elevator for talented children engaged in vocal-variety art. Results and their innovation: Based on the completed research, the analysis of the development of foreign and Russian musical show business, the features of promoting children's vocal-variety art, market analysis and existing business models, the entrepreneurial opportunities in this area are detected: the possibility of foundation of the children's production center, the business model of a children's production center ; The practical importance of the work is determined by the ability to apply the findings and results of the research in founding an organization and making management decisions necessary for its functioning. The main theses contained in the dissertation, conclusions and results are oriented towards practice in the sphere of additional education and culture. Research materials can be used by heads of educational and leisure organizations for realisation projects in the field of additional education and culture.
