Change in the Cadastral Value of Real Estate in the Russian Federation

Cadastral value of the property is an important characteristic. Changing the cadastral value of the property is carried out in several ways. The greatest thing is the establishment of cadastral value within the state cadastral assessment carried out at regular intervals. Cadastral value is used as a tax base, and therefore the balance of public and private interests must be a prerequisite for changing the size of the cadastral value of real estate. The study of ways to change the cadastral value allows analyzing a set of regulations to identify gaps and propose solutions. Analysis of judicial practice on the issue confirms the conclusions. An unnamed way to change the cadastral value of a real estate object is revealed. There are proposals to change the legislation regulating valuation activities provide guaranteed protection of the rights and freedoms of subjects of legal relations associated with changes in cadastral value.
