The Attractiveness Rise During the Interview

The following research is to explore the people's attractiveness and how it is changing. In this paper previous attraction theories and researches are explored to present the new attraction model. Proved by the correlation study between interpersonal attraction and identification, in which 30 respondents were assessing three testee womend after presentation and interview. The respondents were watching the video of the interview and answering questions to measure how attractive they find the women and do they feel some identification with them. The result is presented in the form of the YouTube blog. Key words: interpersonal attraction, attraction determinants
