Protection and Trust Management of Hereditary Property in Russian Law

In this paper, based on the current legislation on inheritance, the history of formation and development of the institution of trust management of property in Russian law is examined, the analysis of legal norms governing the protection and trust management of hereditary property is conducted, and the features of the trust management agreement for hereditary property are identified, improvement of the current legislation.
