The aim of the master's thesis is to develop strategies for the development of the logistics infrastructure of the Rostov region. The objectives of the master's thesis are: macroeconomic analysis of the focus region; analysis of the logistics potential of the Rostov Region; SWOT-analysis of the region; analysis of actual scientific and practical research in the field of improving the logistics infrastructure of the regions; development of strategies for the development of the logistics infrastructure of the Rostov region; analysis of organizational changes in connection with the modernization of the logistics infrastructure of the Rostov region; economic rationale for practical recommendations from the implementation of activities. The paper shows the concept of the development of the logistics infrastructure in the focus region, within the optimal localization of the region selected using the analytical hierarchy method. 5.
