Statistical Analysis of the Housing Market of Russian Regions

The housing market is a complex, dynamically developing system, which is of considerable interest for statistical research. The essence of the housing market has been clarified, the system of housing market indicators has been examined, and the factors influencing the affordability of housing have been identified. Statistical analysis of the housing stock status, availability of housing in the regional context, as well as an assessment of structural changes in the input of apartments with different number of rooms. A decrease in the dimension of the problem was carried out using factor analysis. Cluster analysis on housing conditions revealed 4 clusters. The forecast is based on the model of SARIMA according to the data of housing commissioning.
