The Problem of Providing Qualified Legal Assistance and the Reform of the Russian Bar Associations

In this master's thesis, the current structure and reforms of the European Bar Associations with significant changes in access to the legal profession in the past were considered. Also, the concept and criteria of qualified legal aid, the currently existing structure of Russian advocacy and legal profession in Russia, the main drafts of the professional reform, indicating their merits and demerits, were explored.
