On the topic: "The Ways of Development of the Law Regulation of the Sportsmen and Coaches Labour”

The aim of this work is to study the current legal regulation of athletes and coaches, to analyze it and to identify the problems of legal regulation, as well as to from the proposals for further development of such regulation.

This study presents the characteristics of the main features of the system of legal regulation of the sportsmen and coaches labor in Russia: the feature of differentiation, the history of the formation of such a system, as well as the sectoral and subject composition of labor relations in this area. This work represents a study to identify the most relevant and important current issues of legal regulation of work of athletes and coaches, such as the uncertainty of the legal nature of the employment contract, lack of regulation of transfer relations and imperfection of system of insurance of athletes and coaches, and also contains proposals for resolving these problems and directions of further development of legal regulation of work of athletes and coaches.
