In this research we have assessed the direction and degree of impact of various factors on the extreme success (the amount of pledges exceeding 300% of the financial goal) of crowdfunding projects. We applied the method of logistic regression, the sample of successful and extremely successful projects was taken from the Kickstarter platform. We have observed the statistical significance for the extreme success of the project of indicators such as the creator's experience in carrying out projects earlier, the presence of references to the project in the media, the number of frequently asked questions and updates, the cost of minimum pledge with reward, campaign duration, launch of the campaign in the second half of the month (positive impact); as well as the availability of a gratuitous contribution and the amount of the financial goal (negative impact).
