Corporate Media as a Part of Corporate Culture in Commercial Organization

The author’s final qualifying work is dedicated to study and analysis of corporate media as an element of the corporate culture. In the course of research, the real meaning of corporate culture in an organization is shown. The impact on corporate media’s dependence on organization’s values’ corporate culture is noted. The qualifying work deals with the system analysis, online survey and several interviews. On the basis of theoretical sources, various typologies of corporate culture were analyzed and the main mechanisms for the formation of the corporate culture of the organization were identified. The practical part of the study was focused on the analysis of the corporate culture and corporate media of the largest transnational bank in Russia, Central and Eastern Europe - PJSC Sberbank.
