Legal regulation of the use of intellectual property in the Olympic Movement

The presented graduate work includes 87 pages. 58 different sources have been used. The latter include scientific and academic literature. Key words: intellectual property Olympic symbolism, Olympic movement, intellectual rights protection. The object of current investigation –public relations which emerge due to the usage of intellectual activity of Olympic movement. The subject of the research – standards of legislation which regulate the rights of the usage of the objects of The Olympic Games intellectual property. The work consists of: the introduction, 3 parts (chapters), conclusion, the list of the sources used. The introduction reveals the urgency of the chosen research. The problem, the aim and the tasks of the research are set. The object and the topic of the scientific research are defined. The method of the research and its theoretical and hands –on (practical) importance are pointed out. Part 1 reveals theoretical aspects of intellectual property. This part includes 2 paragraphs where different scientific positions are investigated. The main conceptions concerning intellectual property are given. Part 2 includes the analysis of the objects of the intellectual property of the Olympic movement. The part has 2 paragraphs. The practical importance of part 2- the definitions of the peculiarities of the Olympic movement legal regulation in Russian. Part 3 is hands-on (practical) the directions on the perfection of the legislation in rights defense concerning intellectual property are defined as well as legal problems in the use of Olympic objects in advertising area. The final part includes the generalized conclusion on the research which formed the defense.
