The following research is aimed to examine some characteristics of crowdfunding campaigns. These characteristics appear to be the factors that influence the probability of successfull accomplishment of the funding goal. To analyse 204 crowdfunding campaigns that were launched at Kickstarter platform the logistic regression was built. The results of the analysis revealed that such factors as collecting half of the needed sum by the middle of the set term, the presense of photoes, the number of updates and comments, and also the amount of the creator's Facebook friends are signifficant. Wherein, only the last factor among the five signifficant negatively influences the chances to get the needed funding. In accordance with the obtained results we develop recommendations for increasing the probability of reaching the financial target on time.
