Civil Law Contracts in the Field of Sports

Master's dissertation devoted to the study of civil law contracts in the field of sport. The purpose of this final qualifying work is the formation of an integral scientific understanding of civil law contracts in the field of sports, identifying their characteristics and formulating recommendations and proposals for improving the provisions of these treaties in the field of sports. The tasks of this work are: 1). To give a general description of the civil-law contract in the field of sports activities, to reveal its concept, signs and significance, the main functions of the civil-law contract in the sphere of sports. 2). Analyze the main classifications of contracts in the field of sports, including the classification of civil law contracts. 3). To designate the main differences between a civil law contract and a labor contract, to reveal their advantages and disadvantages. 4). To study the basic civil-law contracts in sports: the contract of paid rendering of services, intermediary contracts, the transfer contract, to reveal their features, signs, value and legal regulation 5). Consider certain types of civil contracts in the field of sports, in particular, a sponsorship agreement, an advertising contract, an insurance contract for athletes, and characterize their characteristics, concept, signs and significance. The object of research are public relations, which are formed when concluding, changing, dissolving civil-law contracts in the sphere of sports. The subject of the study is a set of legal norms governing the provisions of civil law contracts in the field of sports activities. Conclusions and provisions that are put on the defense have practical importance and can be used in the development and consolidation of new legal norms in the legislation of the Russian Federation.
