So, organizational communication plays an important role in the motivation and productivity of employees, as in real organizations there are real changes that confront the reality of more complex staffing, increased workloads, longer working hours, risk and flexibility. Employee communication plays a crucial role in management efforts to refocus staff who are perplexed by the changes or to inform and motivate those who are more adaptable. In the framework of this general need for communication, there is a specialized requirement for effective communication as a result of managing the relations of the employees of the organization.
